Please help ID a window balancer.

Stamp on side shows 28D, Frame is 9/16" wide, the metal frame is 29" long.
I have ordered from you before. Your order number was 1347517. Those were S395-26 but these ends look different and they are longer. These are for our condo clubhouse windows.

Thanks for reaching out. It looks like these balances could be our S380-29 or the S385-29 with a 2840 stamp. To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. I've included the dimensions below so that  you can compare it to your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match what is shown.

Thanks for confirming. It looks like you have our 15-029 shoe, so these will need to be custom balances.

I'll need to know the exact number of balances you're looking to order so that I can get an order link made up for you. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom order.

I also need these plastic parts. Can you ID them? Pic attached.
Thanks

Take a look at our 18-180. I am confident this is the replacement you'll need based on the design. Look over the dimensions to confirm that this is the right fit.
