Please help identify the door hinge needed. I think 79-123 might work

Thanks for bearing with us. I'm not quite certain about the identity of this commercial door hinge, but one of my senior colleagues who specializes in this hardware will certainly no whether or not the 79-123 will work for you. We'll get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks for bearing with us.

I believe the 79-127 might be a better fit. Take a look at it and see what you think.
