Thank you for reaching out to us. My recommendation is the 15-177 pivot shoe and Series 152 coil springs. We don't sell your exact coil supports but take a look at the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 cap, and 15-145 barrel.

Yes, you'd need the Series 152 coil springs specifically. I recommend checking the band of the old spring for a stamped number that may indicate the weight. If there aren't any, get back to us with the exact sash weight and I can calculate the weights from there. We also suggest replacing the hardware on both sides of the window at the same time.
