Please help me Identity a replacement channel balance

Good evening, my name is Cindy. I just find out seven of our houses windows's Channel balance are broken. I don't know which one I need to purchase. I send you two pictures, length 29 inches, please help me identify the replacement. I already took old pieces, but they kind looks different. I try to replace all of the windows, just don't know which one I need. Thank you very much.

I just find out the stamps on the parts is
28c USB, I hope this will help. The windows have different size 36, 47, 51 inches. The springs pin at different hole. Is that make difference? Does the pin can be move to different hole? I hope can hear from you soon. Thank you!

I add more pictures to show you. I have stamps are 28B USB, 28C USB, 28D USB, I guess I may need S380-29, top 19-005 bottom 15-005. Windows are 35' 47' and 51' Do I need weight the window to decide the parts? I add some pictures to show you. Please let me know what I need. Thank you!

Hey, Cindy! Sounds like you already did all the hard work for us. I agree that the S380-29 looks like our best option. As for the stamps, you can usually match that that letter up with one of our numbers. For example, 28B would be our 2820 option, and 28C would be our 2830. Here's a handy rubric rubric you can use:

  • A = 10
  • B = 20
  • C = 30
  • D = 40
  • E = 50
  • F = 60

Hopefully that makes sense. You can, of course, weigh your sashes to be 110% sure, but I don't think that's necessary work at this point.
