Hello! Looks like you need a new tilt latch actuator, coil balance assembly, and pivot bar.
Starting with the tilt latch, this is unfortunately not a design that we carry. One of ours may still work for you, but it will depend entirely on the size of the "prongs" that insert into the latch itself. I recommend looking through our complete selection here to start. We have detailed dimensions for each part that you can use as a reference.
For the balance assembly, you have a pivot shoe that is no longer made. The good news is that the 15-177 can be used to replace it. We also sell the Series 152 separately. You can reuse your old covers without issue.
Lastly, for the pivot bar, consider our 26-226. Make sure to look over our dimensions to verify that they all line up, most especially the hole pattern. Overall length doesn't really matter too much but hole placement is paramount.
