I measured the length of the channel balance to be 23 inches and the width to be 1/2 inch for the tilt style windows. I am thinking I need these 23" Series 795 Channel Balance Product Code: S795-23. Also for the balance shoe I was think I need
1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe, Closed CamProduct Code: 15-195
or do I need
1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe, Closed Cam Product Code: 15-229.
Please advise I intend to replace both channel balance and shoe replaced.
Please help me find replacements

Hello there! Thanks for reaching out to us. I agree with the balance you picked out. The Series 795 indeed looks like a good match. There should be a stamp printed on the metal channel that will indicate what option you'll need for your replacements. As for the shoe, I recommend the 15-195B as this has an open cam like your old one. The video below will show how this part pops on and off.

I found the marking on the channel as 22-3 1M BSIN does this mean I need to get length 22 of the 795 series. Also what option do I get option B or C or D or E? Lastly the open cam 15-195B is out of stock do I wait or are there any other alternatives?. Please advise

You have an old outdated stamp that we aren't able to use as a reference. As a result, you must measure the metal channel to pick out the length and weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the proper stamp for your replacements.
I'm afraid we don't have an alternative for the 15-195B shoe, however. We recommend signing up on its store page to be notified as soon as we have this part back on the shelf. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
