Please help me identify this door

This is a double door. If you are standing on the out side of the door and outside of the building than this is the door on the right with the hinge on the exterior of the building and swings to the outside. The bottom piece that guides the door is broken and as you can see is laying next to the door

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the two commercial door pivot sets we've related for you on this page. Both of these pivots have similar bottom pivots. However, take a look at the top pivot that attaches to the main frame. The 79-097 pivot set used on US Aluminum and Tubelite doors uses two screws to secure it. Whereas the 79-133 pivot used on PPG doors uses three screws to secure it to the frame. Review the specifications for these parts along with the related videos and see how they compare with yours.
