Please help me order the part attached in the photo

Hello, could you please help me identify the photo part? We have a sliding window that is now not staying up. It is extremely heavy because I believe this part broke. The part detached is one from a window that is not broken. The metal shoe has a plastic white part that says the letter E? The metal coil has number 90 etched on it.
