Please help me ordering these parts

Thanks for reaching out to us! The hardware pictured here resembles an old, discontinued Simonton coil assembly. To repair this, we recommend using the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe along with the 26-083 Pivot Bar. The one attached to your existing shoe will not be compatible with the new assembly.

This shoe is compatible with the Series 159 Coil Balance. You'll need to look for stamps/markings on the existing coil to determine which coils are needed for the replacements. If you can't find the stamps or they are hard to read, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash. Then you'll divide that number by the total number of coils in the window (in your case four).
