I believe it may be this part 82-080

The cheap die cast on my patio door broke in half.

The spacing is 4-15/16"

Hello,

I agree that the base of your handle looks like a match to our 82-080 with 4-15/16" hole spacing. Our mortise lock 82-268B is compatible with the 82-030 assembly. Thank you!
