Unforutnately, we are not able to make out exact dimensions from photos but the 15-046 would be a good place to start. You'll need to confirm that the width and thickness below match your part. If you notice any discrepancies, please get back to us with your exact measurements written out.

As for the spiral balances, the 15-046 is commonly used with the S600 spiral balances. You'll just need to confirm that your housing tube has the same 5/8"diameter housing tube as the red tip S600-31. Thank you!
