Please help with Operator

A landlord from Erie PA says:

I ordered part numbers 39-094 and 39-095 to replace a right and left hand casement window mechanism as shown in picture. The picture includes one of the parts I received and as you can see there are some differences. Do you have a suggestion for another part to try?

Thanks for writing in. Hm, you might be better  off with our 39-027E and 39-028E, along with the 39-205 handle and 39-533 track. Unfortunately I can't make any guarantees this will work. Some customers have had success using this as a substitute, others weren't able to make it work out. Honestly I think it's a matter of personal ability. Let me know what you think.
