I need something exactly like this with a 5 1/2 inch spacing between the installation hole centers. Essentially, I need a sliding glass door handle with a lock and key on the outside so I can enter my house through the sliding glass door.
Please identify

Hello,
Unfortunately, we do not carry a direct replacement for this handle set but take a look at our 82-005 surface mounted handle set and our video covering installation. If you'd like it to be keyed, you can also purchase the 82-306 outside pull to use with the 82-005. Keep in mind that you would need to drill new installation holes to accommodate the 4-15/16" hole spacing. Look it over and see what you think. Thanks for posting!
