Hello there!

It looks like you have a Simonton brand window. With that in mind, my recommendation would be the 15-259 that uses the S159 coil springs. The video below will detail the process.

However, I'm afraid I can't identify the tilt latch from your drawing. May we see a photo of the physical tilt latch in question?
