Hi, from your website it looks like I need a Series 395, 28", 2730 option for these block and tackle channel balances. One is still intact and the cord broke on the other one. I also need a set of what look like Alenco 5/8 sash guides. Thanks.

Thanks for posting. Yes, the S395-28 with a stamp option of 2730 looks like what you need. For a Top Sash Guide I agree the 18-174 looks best, just make sure the dimensions below match. let me know if you have further questions.
