I've attached an existing one from a different window. The one I'm looking for to replace is opposite (mounted on the right side, window opens on the left). Thanks

Thanks for posting. This looks like it might be the 39-476 and 39-477 Rear Mounted Casement Operator. Make sure the dimensions match what is shown below. For a handle, see the 39-114L sold separately.
