Rear Mount Casement Operator, 9-1/2"

Need a replacement for the metal crank/opener and all metal bars that attach to it and the window itself (pic 2) The metal rail that holds all the pieces and screws into the bottom of the window frame is 9". Also need 2 plastic handles plus the piece that goes around them (like a picture frame, pi ... (cont.)

We have a entire building, built around 2006 that has operating problems with each window, ranging from closing weird to not closing etc. The building is in D.C. We took apart the hardware from one to try to figure it out and fix it but we need to order a new track so we can actually test if a new o ... (cont.)

Please identify the parts I need to replace existing casement windows hinges or operating mechanism.
