That's on the arm

The screw on one side pulled loose and doesn't remain in place when window is cranked open or closed. On the window locks are the letters P.G.T. on top of the lock and Venice, Fl on the bottom of the lock. The stamp on the arm is no longer legible.

Hi this casement hinge has broken at the copper or brass fitting do they make this part as a replacement part? Both top and bottom hinges are broken in the same spot.
