Need a replacement for the metal crank/opener and all metal bars that attach to it and the window itself (pic 2) The metal rail that holds all the pieces and screws into the bottom of the window frame is 9".
Also need 2 plastic handles plus the piece that goes around them (like a picture frame, pic 5). The handles are 4" long and the picture frame part is 3"

Hello,

Your operator resembles the rear-mounted 39-477 at first glance but take a look and confirm your arm measures 9-1/2" from the center of the gear as shown below. We also offer the 39-476 opposite-handed version if needed. The 39-114L handle and 39-504 track are used with both assemblies.

For the hinges, take a look and see if yours has the same 10" long base as the 36-021 four-bar replacement. Thanks for posting!

All of our measurements match your drawings, except the 9 1/2" measurement you have mentioned. As best as we can measure, ours is more like 8 5/16" to 9 1/2" depending on where we say the middle of the gear is --- would that be ok?
Do you have the handles and frames that surround them?
Also, do you have weather stripping for around the window? Thanks!

If your arm length differs, that could affect how far the window will open but these would be our best options based on your specifications. Make sure you are measuring the arm in the same position shown in the image we provided.

As we mentioned, these operators use the 39-114L handle, but was also offer the folding 39-205 handles if you'd prefer. Note that we do not carry any kind of window framing.

As for the weatherstripping, we would need to see a clear end profile photo of your original seal uninstalled to determine if we carry anything similar.

Ok. Here are pics of the weatherstripping- pic 1 has the measurement of the smaller size. pic 3 shows the larger size - we will need 8' of pic 1 and 4' of the larger size in pic 3
Also, there are 2 handles that don't crank the window open, but unlatch/unlock the window - they are in pic 5 from my first email on 3/19. Can we get 2 of those?

Thanks for getting back to us. We carry one option similar to your bubble seal, the 58-135. Take a look and compare the measurements below to your original seals.

As for your casement lock, it's tough to be sure with the lock still installed but the 38-036 is a similar style. Review the specifications to see if this could work for your repair.
