Casment window main floor beach bath

Question

Hi this casement hinge has broken at the copper or brass fitting do they make this part as a replacement part? Both top and bottom hinges are broken in the same spot. Also this hinge swings out to the right. The first two pictures look similar to what mine looks like with the Cooper fitting that slides back and forth. or do you sell the same truth hinge?

Thanks for reaching out to us! The hinge you have pictured here is a Four Bar Hinge. We do not have a hinge the measure 13" but there is a chance either our 12" 36-022, 12" 36-022HD, 14" 36-023, or 14" 36-023HD could work for you.

The measurements for the standard hinges differ from the HD hinges. That said, once you've confirmed the length that would work best for your repairs, you'll also need to be sure to compare the dimensions.

Regarding the window operator, since the arms appear to be rusted, I've also tagged the 39-023, 39-477, and 39-487 (and their opposite handed versions) below. If you are also considering replacing them, you'll need to be sure to compare the measurement for the length of the arm.
