To start, take a look at the 36-024 four bar hinge. The hinge has the 16" length like you show in your window and the width of the hinge is 3/4" wide. As for the operator take a look at the 39-477 with the 9-1/2" arm along with the other parts we've related for you on this page. Carefully review our specifications and see how they compare with your old hardware.
