I'd like to try to replace the broken plunger pins on my Marvin screen windows. Before I order them, do you have a guide to help me? I'll need about 100 plunger pins.

Please take a look at Swisco's plunger pin installation guide. Please let us know if you need help identifying the correct plunger pin replacement.

Hey, Willy. You need to measure the diameter of the end of the pin.

which end? The end that goes into the hole on the window frame is about 1/4" dia. is the length also important? i measured 1 5/8" long. I do not want to have to drill the screen frames. All i want to do is replace the spring pins. they are 19 years old, crumbling cheap crap. thanks.

If the hole that the pin fits into is 1/4", then I recommend our 70-009 pull pin with a 5/32" head. You don't have to re drill, you can use the original opening. Your length should also be okay, as long as the screen frame is 3/4".
