Unfortunately, we can't be sure of the hardware that you need without seeing the original handle set and mortise lock. I can tell you that we do not carry a handle set with the hole spacing shown in your photo. If the original hardware is missing, our best option would be something like the 82-005 surface mounting handle set but it doesn't look like you would have space to make new installation holes to install it. If so, the original installation holes would still be visible. I'm sorry that we won't be able to offer more assistance with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
