Ply Gem Premium Sliding door from 2001 6'0" x 6'8"

This door was purchased from Mr Window in Carmel, IN. They had requested the part from Ply Gem directly. When received, the part on the bottom of the picture is what was received. According to the installer, the part was too wide and could not be used to replace the part. The picture above is from Mr. Window. Sorry, I don't have size numbers for the actual part. The numbers written on the lower piece are all that I have access to. The installer put the old rollers back on, with one broken roller. The door slides even worse now than before. Mr Window is still waiting on a response back from the manufacturer. I'm sorry I have so little information.
