Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this, though we will need more information to ID your hardware. Can you remove an undamaged balance from the window and show us photos of the fittings on the ends of the balance? Are there any stamps on the metal channel?

This is the sticker in the window. Let me know if this helps identify the part.

I'm sorry to say that it doesn't. We'll need to see photos of the hardware removed from the window in order to move forward.

Let me know if these work. I am cautious in opening the window so I don't damage the other side.

Thank you! We are familiar with this balance setup. It's an older model that has been discontinued, so our replacements won’t be identical to what you currently have. We can provide a "skinny" ribbed version of our Series 795. This replacement balance comes with a T-lock shoe by default, but you won’t be able to use it as is. You will need to remove it and figure out how to reinstall the metal clip that attaches to your pivot shoe for our replacement to work properly. I can’t determine if your old metal clip is damaged, so please check its condition. We cannot provide a replacement clip, so your original clip must be in good shape to ensure it can be reused with the new balances.

In the meantime, we'll need a few additional pieces of information. Can you confirm the stamp printed on the metal channel, as well as the length of the metal channel? How does the balance install at the top of the window track, with a hook or screw? How many balances are you looking to order?

The length of the metal piece is 32".
it is attached via a clip - (picture)
The metal rod has a 32B stamped on it (picture)
i believe the clip is good condition. Not sure? (Picture)

The metal clip we're referring to is different than the one shown in your first photo here. Please see the image below. This is the clip that must be reused, otherwise our balances will be useless. We can't tell if it's damaged or in good condition so we strongly recommend you remove it to confirm.

Thank you for confirming. Unfortunately, this clip is obsolete so we don't have anything that can replace it. I'm afraid our balances won't work without it. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
