My dog busted through the open window and bent the metal awning operator. The plastic clips also got busted The casing that holds the crank, shown in pygem4.jpg measures 5 inches. I'm looking for the replacement parts.

Those dogs sure can be gleefully destructive. Fortunately, we do have a replacement for this awning operator. This looks like our 39-239B; this also comes in a stainless steel variant, the 39-239C. For a new handle & cover, see our 39-375 or 39-451, depending on which style you prefer. See the other hardware I've listed on this page for the other accessories like the pivot slide and detach clip you might need.
