Plygem Parts

A quick learner from NC says:

We have Plygem windows from about 2012. A few years ago the windows were tilted out without the window being lifted and parts broke. One of the smaller windows stills has a 3700 sticker series. But the windows I am interested in are slightly bigger but bought at the same time. I have also found attached a photo of the small sticker I found on the windows we need. I believe I need a pivot bar shoe and a pivot bar.

The windows no longer stay up on their own since this bar was broke off. I have attached a photo of the broken pivot bar. Part of it is missing. I need to order parts so that we can get the windows unlocked o stay up again this summer! Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your broken pivot bar in the first photo resembles our 26-378. Is that all you needed? Look over its dimensions and see what you think. You should compare it to an undamaged version of your original to be sure.

A quick learner from NC says:
Hello. To follow up. My bar is 2 1/2" by 1/4" and I also need the pivot shoe to match that. The part that holds the window up as well is broken. But I'm not sure what that is called.
Thank you!!

That new photo is a huge help, thanks for getting it. Now that I'm looking at the whole thing I actually think our 26-021 is a better option. The front tip only has one "horn" but that honestly won't matter, it'll still function the same way. Just check to make sure that the installation holes are in the same position. Overall length doesn't matter as much as that.

As for the pivot shoe, yours would be our 15-228.
