Plygem shoes and spring apparatuses

in need of these slides for plygem single hung windows bought from home depot about 15 years ago. Also need the spring apparatuses that attach to these if available. let me know thx

You have an American Craftsman vinyl tilt window. This exact pivot shoe isn't made anymore, but our 15-046 will replace it. This shoe is compatible with our 5/8" diameter Series 600 spiral balance. Look it over and see what you think.
