Plygem (?) single hung tilt window

Question

Our window no longer closes or stays open after the cleaners came last week :(. From my research it looks like the top plastic pieces are broken causing the spring to no longer engage as designed, and these parts are no longer being produced. Any advice on replacement hardware?

Thanks for posting! This window balance is an older, discontinued Crossbow style balance. These are no longer available but our Series 795 Channel Balance should work for the repair. Take a look at the video tutorial below for a detailed explanation on the conversion and what we'll need to determine the correct replacement.
