Plygem window balance

This appears to be a S795-32, with a stamp option of 32G. You will need new T-Lock shoes as well, since your old ones are incompatible with our new balances. Remove the T-Lock Shoe from the window track and see if it more closely matches our 15-195 1-1/4" shoe, or our 15-194 1" shoe. The 15-195 comes by default with the Series 795; if you need the 1" shoe instead, it can be purchased separately and easily installed; see the video below. Also note that you want to make sure your old balances attaches to the top of the window track via a screw. Let us know if it does not.
