see the enclosed photos of my side mount pivot bar, I didn't see anything like this on your web site, do you have anything like this? Mine are bent, I'm assuming because the window is so heavy.

We took out the window and it weighs 41 pounds.

So please let me know how much it would cost for (6) S770-37 Balance for a 41 pound window. That's for 3 windows, 2 channel balances each.

And what pivot shoe is this?

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your sash weight exceeds our stamp options so this must be a custom order. However, the pivot bar is a bit odd and I'm not immediately familiar with this style. Please allow us a bit more time to look into an alternative, we will reach back out as soon as we have more information.
