Position of the "terminal clip"

Question

I just spoke with [Swisco] and placed an order for 12 Series 795 channel balances. I want to clarify that we need the tab to be located as in the first picture that I attached. The second picture is what you sent us in our original order which is incorrect. I want to make sure that we receive the correct part in this order.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It's normal for these clips to be turned around after their initial manufacturing, but you should be able to just turn them around to the proper position. Looking at your photos, I don't see anything that might prevent you from doing that. Can you go into more detail as to why that didn't work?
