Possible replacement of coil for constant force window balance

Question

Both coils for one of our bathroom vinyl windows have broken. The window is double-hung with 1/2 screen. Sash is approximately 13 lbs; 26"W x 24"H in size and double pane. The coil is .517 inches or 13.13mm wide. Do you have replacement coils or two complete sets for both sides of window? If necessary I could come to your store. I'm a retired home builder. Thank you. This appears to be our 15-180 shoe, which is compatible with Series 190 Coil Balances. Confirm the exact sash weight. If it's exactly 13 lbs, you could just use (1) of the S190-640 6 lb springs on both sides of the sash, for a total of 12 lbs of support; being within 1 lb of the exact sash weight should be fine, again, so long as the sash is exactly 13 lbs.
