If you could show us the end of the coil, as well as the pivot shoe that the coil spring connects to, that would help us narrow down your options. Please also write out the exact width of the coil. Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for your coil balance assembly that uses the same show but your springs are similar to the 3/4" thick S159 coils. The stamp code indicates that you would need the S159-8, which is used with the 15-255 support or the 15-256 for dual springs.

We also offer a conversion video below if you'd prefer to replace all of the hardware, including the pivot shoes. This could work for you as long as the width and thickness of the replacement shoe match yours. Look over both options and see what you think.
