Product Description

Double coil spring carrier support used in the Series 159 constant force balance window sash support system. Measures 1-1/4" wide x 13/16" deep. This carrier support has a closed top which will help prevent the build up dust and debris which could fall on the springs. Assemblies should be installed with a #8 pan head screw (not included). NOTE: Do not over tighten the screws as this could result in damage to the profile walls.

Certainteed Coil Balance inquiry

I have 22 year old Certainteed windows, I have 1 that's 31x57 ish. and the balance coil broke. The old one that's still good looks like a figure 8 (almost broken also) and the other one is the broken one. The plastic piece it hangs on is 1.25 x 1.5 inches. Pivot shoe and support

The plastic pivot shoe broke. It looks like it screws on the side. Simonton window from Home Depot. I have changed other springs and shoes before.

looking to replace the balance Balance Assembly (Internal) on double hung Simonton Window

I need to replace all 4 balance assemblies on window which includes upper sash. Weight of the window is approximately 17.5 lbs and dimension of lower sash 40" w x 18" h

Coil balance replacement/pivot bar replacement.

Afte more inspection, the top coil says 406 J and then the bottom spring says 405 J and then the pivot bar. Also is there a cover that hold it in place available also?
