Simonton double hung 50/50 series parts

Mfg date 12-2-03.  Parts needed,  spring balance with shoe retaining cup, tilt sash locks.

Thank you for bearing with us during this busy season. We don't sell your exact balance setup, but we recommend the 15-259 and S159 coil balances. You will also need the 26-083 pivot bar, and the 15-255 is the compatible single spring support. Take a look at the specifications along with the video below and see what you think.

To determine the new coil weights, divide the sash weight by the total number of springs in the window.

As for the latches, take a look at the 26-243A and 26-244A. Review their specifications and see if they match your old latches.
