15-256 3/4" Coil Double Support

The plastic pivot shoe broke. It looks like it screws on the side. Simonton window from Home Depot. I have changed other springs and shoes before.

I need to replace all 4 balance assemblies on window which includes upper sash. Weight of the window is approximately 17.5 lbs and dimension of lower sash 40" w x 18" h

Afte more inspection, the top coil says 406 J and then the bottom spring says 405 J and then the pivot bar. Also is there a cover that hold it in place available also?

Please see the photos attached. - I don't have the ability to take them out to take pictures, too There are 2 different windows. Thank you

Mfg date 12-2-03. Parts needed, spring balance with shoe retaining cup, tilt sash locks.

Hello! Looking for a replacement Pivot Lock Shoe for these windows (you can see it has broke at the bottom in photo) and believe that #15-192 is the correct part. Balance springs are #406 and the measurements appear correct. Just wanted to make sure before ordering. Thanks!

Confirming the correct Pivot Shoe was ordered, 15-192. Note, the beveled Cam shape inside. The older Pivot Bar will not fit in the Cam of the new Pivot Shoe. Thank you.

Hello, I'm trying to find out exactly what parts to order to replace the complete assembly on both sides of the window. I've attached pictures of the pivot shoe, the coil housings (M8637MXX), and the coils. One coil has "SA 406 500" imprinted on it and the other has "LA 406 500". ... (cont.)

pivot shoes & I believe double coils for one window top and bottom. Also another pivot shoes and coils for another window, just the top. I've have more pictures, but also sent the info data plates of what I had. I'd like to replace the tilt latches also for not windows
