Pivot shoe and support

Question

The plastic pivot shoe broke.  It looks like it screws on the side. Simonton window from Home Depot.  I have changed other springs and shoes before.

We don't sell this exact shoe, but we recommend taking a look at the 15-259. The Series 159 is the compatible coil balance, and the 15-256 is the compatible double spring support. You will also need the 26-083 pivot bar. Feel free to get back to us with the sash weight, and we can calculate the new coil weights.
