Window coil balance

Hi I need to replace a broken coil balance, but can't find model number anywhere, can you help? Thanks so much

Thank you for bearing with us during this busy season. We don't sell your exact balance setup, but we recommend the 15-259 and S159 coil balances. You will also need the 26-083 pivot bar, and the 15-255 is the compatible single spring support. We also have the 15-256 for double springs. Take a look at the specifications along with the video below and see what you think.
To determine the new coil weights, divide the sash weight by the total number of springs in the window.
