looking to replace the balance Balance Assembly (Internal) on double hung Simonton Window

I need to replace all 4 balance assemblies on window which includes upper sash.  Weight of the window is approximately 17.5 lbs and dimension of lower sash 40" w x 18" h

Thanks for reaching out! Your Simonton coil assembly is no longer made but we have a replacement that should work well in place of it. Take a look at the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe, 15-256 Coil Double Support, and 26-083 Pivot Bar (the existing pivot bar won't be compatible).

For the coils, I believe you'll need the S159-04 4.5lb Coil Balance springs (4 of these will support a total of 18lbs). Be sure to double check the weight of the sash to confirm that it is 17.5lbs.
