We need the spring balance as well as the part used to uninstall and install them.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm confident we can recommend a replacement for this window balance. Although, to ensure we are suggesting the correct replacements, I'll need to see a photo of the balance shoe.

Here are a couple of photos. I have 4 of the large double hung windows which all have failing pair sets of balance springs. I also have smaller windows so I included the balance from those. I probably only need two pairs of those.

Thanks for the additional photos. You'll need the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balance to replace your balance assemblies. The pivot bar will not be compatible with this shoe so you'll also need the 26-083 Pivot Bar. The specifications for each of these parts can be found on the website.

For the coils supports you'll need the 15-255 (for single coil assemblies) and 15-256 (for double coil assemblies).

You'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the coil to determine the correct coil spring. If there are none, please see the tutorial (tagged below this thread) for instructions on selecting the correct coil weight option. We show a different assembly in the video but the process is the same.
