Purchased a house with Simonton windows

Thanks for your post! These Simonton assemblies are no longer made, so you'll need the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balance to replace them.

The existing pivot bar will not be compatible with this shoe so you'll also need the 26-083.

To determine the correct coil spring, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the coil. If there are none, please see the tutorial (tagged below this thread) for instructions on selecting the correct coil weight option. We show a different assembly in the video but the process is the same.
