Yes, thank you! We don't sell your exact pivot shoe assembly, but we recommend the 15-259 and S159 coil springs. You will also need the 26-083 pivot bar and 15-255 or 15-256 supports, depending on the number of springs used per side. The video below will go over everything you'll need to know.

No, I'm afraid the measurements of the window don't tell us the weight. You'd have to weigh it on a scale. A common bathroom scale will suffice. 

Thank you! You can use one S159-05 5.5-pound spring on each side of the window for a total of 11 pounds of overall support. You will also need the 15-255 single spring support.

No, your old pivot shoe isn't compatible with our springs. You'd need to use the 15-259 pivot shoe. Note that you will also need to swap the old pivot bar with the 26-083.
