Prism Window Parts needed

I have 2 broken Coil Balance Shoes. I am looking for all replacement parts needed to replace all internal hardware on both sides of the small bathroom window. I understand these parts are no longer available but there are replacement parts. Please advise on what specifically I should order. See attached photos. Thank you, Sam

Hi there Sam.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 15-259 which uses the S159 coil balances. You will also need the 26-083 pivot bar. The video below will tell you everything you'll need to know. We recommend watching it in its entirety. Feel free to get back to us with the exact sash weight so we can calculate the spring weights.

Thank you for the response. Can the existing coil balances be used with the replacement hardware or will new ones have to be obtained?

No, I'm afraid the old springs aren't compatible with the 15-259 pivot shoe so you'll have to use the Series 159.

Which coil spring do I need if the sash weighs 11 pounds? Thanks much.

You can use one S159-05 5.5-pound spring on each side of the window for a total of 11 pounds of support for the window sash. For a compatible spring support, see the 15-255 which is sold separately.
