Could you please help with purchasing the correct balance and balance cover and also a window tilt latch...thanks

Hello,
Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement balance covers but take a look at our S775 channel balance. You'll need to weigh your window sash to choose the corresponding strength option based on the chart under the product description.
You may also be looking for tilt latches like our 2-5/8" long 26-419 and 26-420 or 26-243 and 26-244 but you'll need to compare all of the dimensions to see which latch pair will work for you. Thank you!
