Prism window parts

Question

I am looking for a support shoe for a prism platinum double hung window that I bought in 2002. The part in picture is the broken piece. The right half should fasten into the coil. It measures one and a half inches high on the left side. It is 7/8 wide and 1 3/8 across

It appears you have an older style pivot shoe that is no longer made. We recommend converting to the 15-259 pivot shoe along with the Series 159 coil springs. Please review the step by step video that details the conversion and additional parts needed.
