Problem installing rollers

A quick learner from Problem installing a new bottom rollers don't understand how bottom legs engage with fram says:

My screen slider is about 13 years old

I had a big job taken out the bottom rollers and cant seem to install the new bottom rollers

I line up the adjusting screw do it comes out the hole both legs that stick out one in each each hole are not secure And the unit does not stay secure

I'm 87 years young but never run into a simple thing like replacing the bottom rollers on the Anderson screen slider before .what am I doing wrong

I tried to have it done but no one is available

I recommend looking at our installation instructions on this old discussion. This should give you some insight on what you need to do. Some other customers chipped in with tips, too.
