We have West Window Co roll out windows at our office building.  These parts look very similar to what we need. Pic provided.  Do you feel your parts would be compatitable?

Thanks for reaching out! From what I can see in your photos, it does appear that part 39-239B (or the stainless steel option 39-239C) would be the best replacement. To confirm with certainty, you'll need to carefully compare the design of the operator as well as the dimensions shown below on the diagram.
