does this handle come with the latch part on the actual door frame. the little metal latch.

Hey Danny. The 83-121 does not come with a keeper. We think either the 85-001 or the 85-011 should work. I'm leaning toward the 85-011 keeper based on past experience; but take a look at both and see what you think might work best for your door.
