Proper selection of channel balance

Question

Please help identifying the correct replacement. I'm not sure if it would be the S380 or the S395. And I find nothing on selecting the proper option?? Here are the numbers:

The difference between the Series 380 and Series 395 is in the nylon caps on either end. The Series 380 comes with the 19-005 and 15-005, while the Series 395 comes with the 19-005 and 15-001. I don't think you have either, though. Yours looks more like our Series 385 which has the 19-005 and 15-004. Go over our dimensions to confirm.

The option is usually chosen by referencing the stamp. In your case, a 26 4 usually corresponds to our 2640. That said, you mentioned you have an 18 pound sash. Looking at the chart on the S385-27 store page, the 2640 would be too strong (it carries sashes weighing 19 through 26 pounds). If you are 100% sure the sash is 18 pounds, I recommend the 2630 option instead (13 through 19 pounds).
